Behind the Scenes with the A Team's Next Creation

Sunday's have definitely become my favorite days working with the A Team! Today was a fun day dressing 2 models to be in a "Lover's Quarell" where a poor guy is caught in the middle. I had the opportunity to work with the fabulous Tara DiPetrillo where she did an emotionally charged woman and a sweet and sexy woman caught in bed with a man. Very charged by the bright reds in both women's wardrobe, it is supposed to represent the anger in the shot. Here are my behind the scenes shots from today! My Pride Photo Shoot with the A Team - Aaron and Avery

So yesterday was one of those days, where I was overjoyed by the photo Aaron and Avery did, that I kept going to it and staring. I just could not believe the talents of these 2 young photographers! The timing, the lighting and the mood they set for the team to create this EPIC shot was on point. So last night I played the video of the process leading to the the final image for my husband (you can check it out at http://www.aaronandavery.com/) and when it got to the final image, I burst into tears! The overwhelming emotion I feel about this picture is indescribable. That is when you know that you have done something you are so proud of. Plus having these awesome photographers to work with is where I am going. If I can start creating costumes and have images like this, my life will be wonderful! I knew after seeing the image, all the hard work and dedication I have all paid off.

Behind the Scenes with the "A Team"

Yesterday was a fun magical day of preparing a model for a shoot. The inspiration for the shoot was a warrior princess that lives in the den of the lions, and it is feasting time! I would say my behind the scenes photos will explain it all! I want to thank the "A Team" for allowing me to dress the model for the shoot! One of my first creations in costume design! Also want to thank the makeup artist, Tara DiPetrillo for embellishing my wardrobe to enhance it with her war paint!

Candace K Styling Photo Shoot!!!!!!

So I met with Kami today to discuss my ideas for my photo shoot! We are both on the same page, and would love to hear my followers comments about the shoot!  I am going for a Marie Antoinette theme with musical instruments. Let me know your thoughts!

Latest Project

So I am working on my latest project of designing a costume/dress, and started cutting my patterns today. So excited about it! The dress will be a Koi fish and I am working with Alexa Poletti Photography (http://www.alexapolettiphotography.com/) to create the vision.
